Vista Park is a Go!!
We are very pleased to announce that the first excavator from Menai Civil Contractors is on site preparing the site compound as construction kicks off for the lead in works and first stage of the Ridge at our exciting new master planned community Vista Park.
We are very pleased to have acquired the property at Tea Gardens, NSW known as ‘Riverside’ from Crighton Properties Pty Ltd (In Liquidation).
This 225 hectare (approx.) acquisition has received concept approval through the State Government Part 3A process for approximately 850 residential lots plus an eco-tourism site and includes two commercial sites on Myall Quays Boulevard.

After more than 2 years development approval has been received for the first stages of Vista Park to be known as 'The Ridge'.
Work is already well advanced on construction documentation for the required approvals to enable construction to commence.
