Introducing Shoreline Villas

Sheargold are proud to introduce Shoreline Villas - 10 Hamptons inspired villas exclusively for the over 55's at Tea Gardens.  Each villa has been individually and architecturally designed for ease and convenience of lifestyle.

Being built by Valley Homes, each home comprises 3 bedrooms, ensuite, Casesarstone benchtops and large outdoor dining and private open spaces.  Each villa will be Smart Home capable, with setup and support services provided. The villas are conveniently positioned nearby to medical facilities, shops, cafes and supermarkets.

Tea Gardens, situated in Port Stephens, is the entry to the Myall Lakes.  An area that provides a myriad of activities for even the most selective.  The waterways are perfect for fishing, sailing, kayaking, surfing or just a lazy paddle in the calm waters of the bay.  Flat pathways and trails are suitable for cyclists and walkers alike.  If golf and croquet are not your style, take a short drive to the vineyards in the nearby Hunter Valley.  All in all, something for everyone.

The Sales and Information Centre for Shoreline Villas is now officially open at Shop 6, Myall Quays Shopping Centre, Myall Quays Boulevard, Tea Gardens.

UDIA NSW Roy Sheargold Scholarship Winner for 2020

Each year Sheargold are proud to sponsor the UDIA NSW Award for the Roy Sheargold Scholarship, to enable a young industry professional to conduct research or further their education.

The winner for 2020 is Joshua Pineda, a Senior Project Manager for Orion Consulting, with over 10 years experience in delivering projects ranging from small to large scale developments, including residential, commercial and industrial projects.

Joshua's experience also includes the delivery of various types of public infrastructure such as roads, drainage facilities, community spaces, utility installations, service lead-ins and authority designated upgrade projects.

Joshua intends to use this Scholarship to visit smart cities technology parks in the USA, Singapore and Japan, focusing on how the infrastructure and technologies found in the public domain has attracted some of the world's best companies, with a view to introducing those outcomes into projects in Australia.

The House That Convoy Built Breaks Ground

Sheargold, a major sponsor of the 198FM Illawarra Convoy, generously donated a home site in the Grove at Vista Park with the vision to build a house for auction and the proceeds to go to the Illawarra Community Foundation.

Despite delays due to Covid-19, ground was broken late in August for this incredible new home.  This milestone marks a culmination of a huge amount of work by a lot  of passionate people behind the scenes, and GJGardner Homes doing the actual build.

Sheargold is incredibly proud to have a contributing role in this truly worthwhile cause and we are excited to watch this journey.   You too, can see the progress at www.convoyhouse.com.au
