The House That Convoy Built Brings Record Price

After an epic battle between 3 bidders, played out to an audience of over 50 interested spectators, the House that Convoy Built sold for a record $1,315,000 with 100% of the proceeds going directly to the Illawarra Community Foundation.

This beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home was project managed by GJ Gardner who were able to source local tradesmen and suppliers who generously donated their time and products.  The interior was stunningly decorated and all furniture and fittings were included in the sale price.  The land, valued at $440,000, was donated by Sheargold and we are enormously proud to have been associated with such a worthy cause.

Smiths Lane Dairy

We are excited to report that work is progressing with the Smiths Lane Dairy at our iconic Vista Park estate.  The heritage listed dairy is being beautifully transformed into a café and boutique store for local produce.  It will even have its own Discovery Garden along with a number of heritage items from the original Coral Vale Homestead and Dairy on display.

Terrence and Angus, along with their two dogs, the owners and operators of this café, are local residents at The Grove.

Smiths Lane Dairy is located at The Homestead and will provide an enticing place for locals and parents of the soon-to-be-opened childcare centre to meet and catch up.

Smiths Lane Dairy is scheduled to expected to open early  in 2022.
