Sheargold are delighted to announce that our new parkland in The Grove, Vista Park is now open to the public.
Local residents have been watching the progress carefully and are now extremely happy to be able to enjoy the amenities, which include play equipment for a wide range of ages, electric barbecue facilities and sheltered eating areas, as well as a selection of iconic mining artefacts from the nearby Wongawilli coal mine, just a stones throw from where they once were used and now have been carefully and meticulously restored for the community to cherish.
Sheargold are proud to be able to provide the residents of Vista Park with what we feel is another step in our vision of delivering inspiring spaces for current and future generations.
The Gallery – Stage 1 Now Complete
With all 14 townhouses containing high quality finishes and magnificent sweeping views over the valley and escarpment, it is no wonder these impressive homes were all sold before completion. Stage 1 comprising the first 8 townhouses is now complete with lucky purchaser's moving in over the course of June.

With the Sheargold ideology of “Inspiring Spaces” in mind, the start of 2018 saw the team at Sheargold working in a truly innovative environment. The latter part of 2017 was spent in somewhat cramped temporary offices, just around the corner, in order to keep an eye on progress. What started out as a two month re-fit turned into a four month total makeover into a space that combines both boutique urban and industrial looks to perfection.
But it was worth it. Our now state of the art, contemporary bespoke office is eliciting a heartfelt WOW from all who first enter the office. Exposed ceilings, temperature controlled window dressings and air-conditioning, bespoke boardroom table (and matching ping pong table), recycled timbers and energy-efficient sensor lighting, an abundance of open communal work space and living greenery, all combine to create what is indeed an inspiring space designed for the comfort and efficiency of the Sheargold team
