First Registrations at SIGV

Sheargold are excited to announce that the first home sites at Sussex Inlet Golf Village have now been registered.

We would like to congratulate our first residents, who will soon be taking ownership of their brand new home site in this prestigious new master planned community.

Our first few releases in Jacobs Range have all but sold out, with just a couple of golf course frontage lots still available.  New releases will be announced later this month, and already we have an impressive waiting list of hopeful purchasers.

SIGV is a partnership with Lucas Property Group, whose long term vision for the area is now taking shape.

Sheargold Showcased on Channel 10 “Buy to Build”

Sheargold’s masterplanned communities at both Vista Park and Sussex Inlet were showcased on Season 4, Episode 9 of Channel 10’s “Buy to Build”.

The show described Vista Park as  “a brilliant community…stunning land development!” and the Sussex Inlet Golf Village as “breathtaking”.

This episode can be viewed on S4 Episode 9 | Buy To Build

Followers of Sheargold’s ventures into masterplanned communities in regional New South Wales, will know that Vista Park, whilst not due for total completion until 2022, is already well established with over 300 lots already sold, more than half of which have been built on and are now occupied.  Construction has commenced on the Sussex Inlet Golf Village, which will yield over 750 dwellings on completion, and only a few lots are left in the first stage release.

Vista Park Childcare Centre Underway

Little Zak's Academy, a well established and much loved name in the early learning field, will be opening its doors in at the start of 2022 in Sheargold's iconic Vista Park development.  Situated a stone's throw from the heritage listed Sales Office on Coral Vale Drive, Little Zak's Academy will provide a state-of-the-art centre for 75 children.

It is also envisioned that a Cafe will be opening in 2022 to cater both Vista Park locals and allow parents dropping of their children to Little Zac's a quick respite before facing the rest of the day.

Sheargold are immensely proud of this new stage of development at Vista Park, and hope that all current and future residents will embrace both the childcare centre and the cafe with enthusiasm.
