To celebrate the successful launch of The Ridge within Vista Park Sheargold has recently announced the winner of a brand new John Deere D110 AND Kids Pedal Powered matching Ride On Mower.
The competition saw a number of clever and humorous entries from Vista Park’s newest residents, battling it out for a chance to ride off into the sunset on a very handy new toy. However the winning entry was a clear favourite and can be seen on the Vista Park Facebook Page.
The prizes were taken home by the McGuigan family and perfectly suited the prestigious semi-rural community of The Ridge. And won’t they need it, with home sites in The Ridge starting from 2,000sqm surrounded by parklands and set against the beautiful Illawarra Escarpment. The McGuigan family won’t have too much trouble keeping their home site looking great, with offers already coming in from the neighbourhood’s new neighbours to cut their grass also!

The Grove will see its next Release on Saturday 6th August with only 20 premium home sites on offer.
SHEARGOLD PARK REFURBISHMENT, CORDEAUX HEIGHTS
With Wollongong City Councils recent movement to upgrade many of the regions play areas and parks, Sheargold, the developer of Cordeaux Heights felt it only made sense to assist the Council in upgrading Sheargold Park in the suburb.
