Sheargold Support NueRA

Sheargold are proud to support NeuRA (Neuroscience Research Australia) in their Colour your Hair for Mental Health week. As a small team we were very proud to have raised $1,500 for ground breaking mental health research.

Given the option of colouring your hair, or wearing a colourful wig, the majority of our team opted for the ‘easy’ way out, and donned wigs. However, we all joined in the spirit of the occasion and wore the wigs for the duration of the day, including any trips outside the office.

Further Expansion at Sheargold

Sheargold are pleased to welcome Kelly Small as our new Development Manager.  Kelly will be responsible for Sheargold’s exciting masterplanned community at Tea Gardens – a development that will consist of over 700 home sites, community centre, pool and gymnasium and which will offer an enviable lifestyle for its future inhabitants.

Kelly comes to us with a Honours Degree and solid experience in Planning, and will no doubt prove to be a valuable asset to our expanding team at Sheargold.

Approval received for heritage inspired Childcare centre

As part of Sheargold’s philosophy of creating inspiring spaces we have received approval for a proposed 75 place childcare centre at the Vista Park community in Wongawilli.   This unique centre  is heritage inspired and based on the old QANSET barns that used to sit on the site before the had to be demolished due to structural issues. The childcare centre will be co-located with a proposed Café on a landscaped 1.2Ha rural inspired parcel of land located conveniently in the centre of Vista Park, which is currently at 50% completion, with over 500 residents already ‘living the life’.  It should also be noted that there is a neighbouring estate currently being developed which is estimated to cater to a further 600+ residents.  Total catchment for the area exceeds 10,000 residents.

It is anticipated that the centre will be available for lease commencing late 2020.  Sheargold are currently calling for Expressions of Interest for operators to lease the centre who share our passion for creating communities.  Further information can be found in our Leasing Information Memorandum or by contacting Rod de la Harpe on rdelaharpe@sheargoldgroup.com
